  • 70-80 g chicken breast;
  • 2 cloves of garlic;
  • 10 g dill or other herbs.

First, the cheese is grated on a coarse grater, and chicken breast cut into thin slices. Add grated garlic and chopped dill. Mix and place in small portions on a baking sheet. Leave in the oven at 220°C for 15 minutes.

Fruit and vegetable chips are best cooked in the oven. This way fruits and vegetables won't get lost beneficial properties and vitamins. Their use will not affect the figure or the functioning of various organs.

Chips without carcinogens?

Most of us are probably sure that chips are an extremely harmful product. However, here too the cunning manufacturers tried to get out. If you delve into your memory, you may come up with an advertisement for “innovative” chips, where the main character was a characteristically aggressive madam who demanded more heat. Moreover, the advertisement claimed that “ordinary” chips (i.e., all the others) contain an extremely harmful carcinogen - acrylamide, but their chips were not even close to it. Allegedly, the whole point is in the “magic” method of frying, as a result of which a carcinogen is not formed.

In essence, it was stated that if these chips are not healthy, then at least they are not harmful.

What's the reality? But in reality everything is as always. Acrylamide is formed when frying any product and using any technology. Well, except that it’s not in steamed chips. Only they haven’t invented such chips yet.
